Please note that online appointment requests are NOT confirmed until our Patient Coordinator contacts you to confirm your appointment date and time. We make every effort to accommodate your requests, but sometimes the dates and times you requested are unavailable. At the current time, all online requests must be made at least two business days in advance of the desired appointment date; if you would like to schedule an appointment sooner, please call our office during regular office hours.
